As we begin to open our office to patients again, you will notice some changes:
--Our door will remain locked. We ask that when you get to the parking lot, you call 330-977-3030 to let us know you are here. You will get a reply to let you know when to come up to the office.
(Please do not use that number for other office business. It is not monitored 24/7)
--Staff will meet you at the door to take your temperature and ask you questions to make sure you do not have any Covid-19 symptoms. If there is a concern, you will be asked to change your appointment to a virtual one.
--Please bring your picture ID, insurance card, and copay with you.
--We will only allow the patient to come into the office. Others may wait in car or in chairs in hallway. Exceptions will be made for parent/guardian with a child, or caretaker of an adult who needs assistance.

If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or have been in contact with someone with those symptoms, we ask that you set up a virtual visit prior to coming to the office. Virtual visits can be done by Face Time, Google Duo, Android video, or phone call.
Visits are by appointment only, but we do our best to provide timely appointments for acute concerns.
We have same day appointments available.
If you are covered by Medicare, you are entitled to an Annual Wellness visit to review all aspects of your health. Be sure to schedule your appointment this year.
your health and safety are our concern
To assure your safety, we are following rigorous CDC and local public health regulations, such as:
*Screening for Covid-19 symptoms and taking temperatures before each visit.
*Modifying scheduling to stagger patient flow to avoid inter-patient contact and ensure proper distancing.
*Limiting the number of patients in our waiting room.
*Allowing only those patients who need assistance to bring an adult support person.
*Mandatory use of face mask by staff and patients for all interactions.
*Disinfecting all areas thoroughly and frequently.
*Placing alcohol-based hand sanitizers throughout the office for frequent hand hygiene.
